Information: 

It is 27 years of age already!! It located in West Shinjuku (西新宿) originally, but it has been moved to East Shinjuku (東新宿) in 29th April,1999. Many famous band like LUNA SEA Glay...... have has their live performances in LOFT when they are still in the indie time. 

  This is the old look of LOFT in West Shinjuku, it is really an old live house, the stairs are made up of wood, quite dangerous.  I have been to there in 1998 and watched the performance of a band called Shocking Lemon. This band seems quite active recently, their interview can be found  in many J Rock magazines.

Although rock bands are the main function in LOFT, sometimes, it does has techno, house music event.
